MS ERIN's SWIM SCHOOL

I grew up in Memphis, TN where I began my swimming career. I was on a swim team for 10 years from ages 5 – 15, then began teaching backyard lessons as an assistant instructor. I graduated from Mississippi State University with a degree in Special Education. I LOVE teaching children with special needs and have witnessed miracles happen having them in the water.

 

My husband, Drew, and I have 3 growing boys ages 16, 18, and 20. They have stayed involved with sports of all kinds, and our oldest swims still for Loyola University New Orleans! We were transferred to Dallas and settled in Frisco in August of 2011. Since the move, I began to teach lessons in local neighborhood pools and in friends’ backyards. We finally decided to put a pool in our yard and taught about 250 kiddos in 2014!! Then 500 every summer since then.

My family and I are active members at our church and stay busy with all of our boys’ activities.

I am a substitute teacher for Special Education classes at the Early Childhood School and enjoy staying physically "in shape" all year, but no exercise is as effective as swimming all day!  I love it and look forward to another great season!
